Chintapalli Gayatri Chaitanya Executive Director @ Bank of India

Chintapalli Gayatri Chaitanya, a postgraduate in agriculture and CAIIB, joined Bank of India as Probationary agricultural officer in June 1985.

He has handled several assignments during his 32 years career with the Bank. Prior to his elevation as Executive Director of Bank of India, Shri Chaitanya was Chief Executive of Bank of India Singapore Centre covering Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia & Myanmar. Started the career as an agricultural officer Shri Chaitanya handled Managerial position in various branches across the India, thus acquiring all round banking / administrative knowledge. He got wide experience in operations as well as in controlling offices. Shri Chaitanya got wide overseas experience in various capacities including as a Vice President of New York Branch. Besides in depth credit knowledge and experience Shri Chaitanya got very good experience in IT. As a team leader he was instrumental in successful implementation of migration systems from Midas to Midas Plus in New York.

Shri Chaitanya is the key person, who started the Syndication cell as a separate department in Bank of India. He also got wide experience in Project Finance with Technical Appraisal Department. In the process he gained vast experience in Power, Road, Steel, Infra and Manufacturing sectors. Shri Chaitanya also held as head of corporate credit branch.

As Chief Executive of Singapore Centre he initiated various measures very effectively, including regulatory compliances, AML/CFT.

Chintapalli Chaitanya has been elevated as Executive Director of Bank of India with effect from 09th October 2017.

Bollini Munuswamy Naidu: First Kamma Chief Minister of Composite Madras state

Bollini Munuswamy Naidu (b. 1885 - d. 1935) was the Chief Minister of Madras Presidency from October 27, 1930 to November 4, 1932. Munuswamy Naidu was born in Velanjeri near Tiruttani of Tamilnadu in 1885 in a family of agriculturists. He studied law and worked as a lawyer and businessman. He was one of the early members of the Justice Party. On the death of the Raja of Panagal in 1928, Munuswamy Naidu was appointed President of the Justice Party. Munuswamy Naidu served as the President of the Justice Party from 1928 to 1932. Under his leadership, the Justice Party won the 1930 Madras Assembly elections and Munuswamy Naidu served as Chief Minister or Premier from 1930 to 1932.
