Nekkanti BhaskarRao, member of Rajya Sabha and Vice President of the Biju Janatadal

Nekkanti Bhaskar Rao is the current Rajya Sabha member and Vice President of the Biju Janata Dal party - Odisha. Nekkanti Bhaskar Rao (S/o Nekkanti Natyanarayana Chowdary ) born on 23 July 1953 in Tamarapalli village, Gangavaram mandal, East Godavari, AP. He completed his B.Com degree from Alagappa University of Tamil Nadu in 2008. In 2016, he was the candidate of the Biju Janatadal party for the biennial Rajya Sabha elections. He was elected unopposed with Prasanna Acharya and Bishnu Charan Rao. BhaskaraRao was deputy chairperson of the state's planning board, hails from Jaipur, Rayagada - Odisha and is an industrialist. He owns an agency that deals with trading of agricultural produce. The family runs three companies, including one that deals with power production, collection and distribution of electricity. The family owns a number of farms besides property at Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh.

A road named after Veerasamy Naidu in Singapore

Veerasamy Road - Little India/ Singapore Veerasamy Road was renamed twice in its history; it was originally called Inche Lane, and was renamed Jalan Tambah in 1910. In 1927, the road was renamed again as Veerasamy Road, in honour of Dr N. Veerasamy Naidu (1865-1926), one of Singapore’s first Indian doctors and a leader in the local Indian community. Dr N Veerasamy Naidu was born in 1864. He was the son of Narayanasamy Naidu and Ramanuja Ammal. He learned Tamil from the age of four from his grandfather, Kuppusamy Naidu. He studied English at the Raffles School in Singapore and first worked at the lawyer’s office of Mr Cook. Another news channel is added in telugu channels list. Image Hospitals Chairman, President - Ameerpet Kamma Sangham Mr.Chalasani Venkateswra Rao is launching another two channels soon. Their first venture CVR News is launched recently. Apart from CVR News Image Broadcasting India Pvt Ltd is going to launch another 2 TV channels in Telugu. CVR Health and Om TV would also be launched in a couple of months. According to sources, Image Broadcasting has applied for another channel based on music.
