Chowdary ) born on 23 July 1953 in Tamarapalli village, Gangavaram mandal, East Godavari, AP. He completed his B.Com degree from Alagappa University of Tamil Nadu in 2008. In
2016, he was the candidate of the Biju Janatadal party for the biennial Rajya
Sabha elections. He was elected unopposed with Prasanna Acharya and Bishnu
Charan Rao. BhaskaraRao was deputy chairperson of the state's planning board,
hails from Jaipur, Rayagada - Odisha and is an industrialist. He owns an agency
that deals with trading of agricultural produce. The family runs three
companies, including one that deals with power production, collection and
distribution of electricity. The family owns a number of farms besides property
at Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh.
