Vennam Jyothy Surekha selected for the World Archery Championship

Vennam Jyothy Sureskha, Vijayawada archer and Arjuna awardee, has been selected for the World Archery Championship to be held in Mexico from October 15 to 22.

She was selected in the selections organised in Sonepat, Haryana on Saturday. She has secured 7/7 points in the Olympic round and has scored a record 150/150. The selections were conducted in two stages among archers from all over the country. Surekha stood first and been selected for the World championship, according to information received.
