NSL Launches its branded apparel Constello

Hyderabad, Oct 30 : NSL Textiles (Mandava Prabhakara Rao, chairman) part of the Hyderabad-based NSL Group, has launched its branded apparel 'Constello' in the market today.

At a glittering function here, Telugu cinema NTR launched the apparel brand.

Beginning with 11 stores in Andhra Pradesh, NSL is planning for a rapid expansion in South, Central and North India. The company aspires to have pan India presence by 2013 with full family experience, which include women's wear and kids wear. NSL textiles seeks to generate Rs 500 crore revenue in branded apparel business.

Speaking on the occasion, Chairman, NSL Group Mandava Prabhakar Rao said ''Constello will bring the latest international fashion trends to India at daringly honest prices. Our focus is to fill in the gap between what today's ambitious youth wants and what is available in the market. We will see this as an opportunity to cater to this customer segment with the motto- Modern day fashion and Quality at Honest prices''.

Vice-Chairman, NSL Textiles, Mr Giridhar Myneni said ''Paying key attention to design, our clothes are inspired by London and international fashion centers and the trends that evolve from there. Our highly qualified design team will offer innovative designs matched by quality craftsmanship. Constello has four sub brands, Akio, Constello Lounge, Constello Sport and Swashbuckler and in the beginning focuses on Men's market.

Akio is Constello's privilege line offering top end fabrics and design at affordable prices. Constello Lounge offers evening wear.

Constello Sport depicts Sunday dressing with style and versatility.

Swashbuckler is casual wear and denim collection that offers trendy clothes coupled with courage and confidence.

A road named after Veerasamy Naidu in Singapore

Veerasamy Road - Little India/ Singapore Veerasamy Road was renamed twice in its history; it was originally called Inche Lane, and was renamed Jalan Tambah in 1910. In 1927, the road was renamed again as Veerasamy Road, in honour of Dr N. Veerasamy Naidu (1865-1926), one of Singapore’s first Indian doctors and a leader in the local Indian community. Dr N Veerasamy Naidu was born in 1864. He was the son of Narayanasamy Naidu and Ramanuja Ammal. He learned Tamil from the age of four from his grandfather, Kuppusamy Naidu. He studied English at the Raffles School in Singapore and first worked at the lawyer’s office of Mr Cook. Raja Vasireddy Venkatadri Naidu Ruler of Amaravati

Muktyala fort ‘Harihara Vilas’ Amaravati: The temple town of Amaravati was once ruled by Raja Vasireddy Venkatadri Naidu . He was the man behind establishment of Jaggayyapet and Achammapet on behalf of his parents. He ruled up to 552 villages and towns located on borders of Krishna district including Madhira, Khammam, Kalidindi, Kondapalli, Kondaveedu, Vinukonda, Ponnuru, Nizampatnam and Palivela near Rajahmundry. He provided large temple towers at Lord Narasimha Swamy temple at Mangalagiri and Amareswara Swamy temple in Amaravati. CVR Telugu news channel started

Another news channel is added in telugu channels list. Image Hospitals Chairman, President - Ameerpet Kamma Sangham Mr.Chalasani Venkateswra Rao is launching another two channels soon. Their first venture CVR News is launched recently. Apart from CVR News Image Broadcasting India Pvt Ltd is going to launch another 2 TV channels in Telugu. CVR Health and Om TV would also be launched in a couple of months. According to sources, Image Broadcasting has applied for another channel based on music. CVR News channel started test signal last month.
