Munirathna Naidu sworn in as the new Minister of Karnataka

4 August 2021: Maanyam Munirathna Naidu takes oath of office today as Cabinet Minister of Karnataka

Munirathna Naidu is a two-time MLA from Raja Rajeswari Nagar and is a migrant BJP leader from Congress party. He represents the Kamma community that falls under OBC quota in Karnataka. He is a Yediyurappa loyalist.

Munirathna Naidu, commonly known as Munirathna, is an Indian film producer turned politician from Karnataka and a member of the BJP. He elected as a member of the Legislative Assembly of Karnataka from Rajarajeshwari Nagar in the year 2013,2018 & 2020. He resigned from the Assembly in July 2019. Munirathna Naidu won the Raja Rajeshwari Nagar bye-elections by a huge margin of 57,936 votes.

Challapalli Fort - History of Yarlagadda Zamindars

Challapalli is a village in Krishna district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is located in Challapalli mandal of Machilipatnam revenue division. The Rajah of Challapalli, Srimanthu Raja Yaralagadda Ankineedu Prasad Bahadur Garu built this Palace in the early 18th centaury.
