Srinath Dasari (38) is a partner at AZB & Partners, and part of the firm’s corporate practice group. With over 14 years of experience, his practice focuses on public market and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital transactions, and restructuring exercises in diverse sectors such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, financial services, telecom, retail and technology; and corporate finance, including advising issuers and banks on initial and follow-on public offerings, institutional placements, rights issues, securities buy-back and go-private transactions involving Indian listed companies.
