Twitter's General Counsel Vijaya Gadde Annual compensation is $15,131,983 (Rs.91 Crores PA)

Vijaya Gadde, who has led Twitter’s corporate affairs for the past two years, has been named general counsel at the company, as Twitter gets ready to go for an expected initial public offering in 2014.

Ms. Vijaya Gadde, has been General Counsel and Secretary of Twitter, Inc. since August 2013. Ms. Gadde manages Twitter's corporate and international legal work. She served as the Legal Director for corporate and international issues at Twitter, Inc., from July 2011 to August 2013. She handled corporate and international legal work for the social network. She has worked with Macgillivray for more than a decade and before joining Twitter, she served as a Senior Director and Associate General Counsel at Juniper Networks, from October 2010 to July 2011. From October 2000 to April 2010,

Ms. Gadde was an Attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. While at WSGR, she acted as counsel to the New York Stock Exchange’s Proxy Working Group and Committee on Corporate Governance. Ms. Gadde holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.

Challapalli is a village in Krishna district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is located in Challapalli mandal of Machilipatnam revenue division.
