Nuziveedu Seeds Limited (Mandava Prabhakara Rao, CMD) the leading Indian Seeds company (in terms of volume and seed packets sold every year), has been conferred with BioAgri Company of the year Award 2012 at the 10th Annual Biospectrum-ABLE Awards. Mr. Ramesh Viswanathan, Chief Operating Officer (COO), Nuziveedu Seeds received the award on behalf of the Company at a glittering ceremony held in Bengaluru. This is the fourth time Nuziveedu Seeds has won this prestigious award and consecutively won it for the third time. Previously, the Company won this award in 2008, 2010 and 2011.

The Biospectrum-ABLE Awards, being among the most credible recognition platforms for Indian biotech and agriculture industry were conferred on the basis of Industry Survey conducted by BioSpectrum along with Association of Biotechnology Led Enterprises - ABLE in June 2012.The findings of the Survey were further vetted by 11 member jury comprised of experts from industry, academia and chaired by Prof. Virander S Chauhan, Director, International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB) along with Dr. Chetan E Chitnis, Principal Investigator, Malaria Research Group, ICGEB.
Speaking on the honour conferred, Mr. M Prabhakar Rao, CMD, Nuziveedu Seeds said "we are delighted to receive BioAgri-ABLE Company of the Year Award for 2012. It is indeed a proud moment for us to be chosen for the fourth time, which reflects the spirit of innovation and leadership traits of our team.
