August 16: University of Cincinnati has announced the coveted Global Scholarship worth US $100,000 to be presented to Anurag Gogineni, the only recipient of the highest level award this year owing to his excellent academics and extracurricular achievements. Gogineni will receive a full tuition scholarship of US $25,000, renewable for four years, for a total value of US $100,000. He will be pursuing his bachelor’s degree at the university, which commences in August 2012.
Out of the 1300 international applications received by the university, Gogineni was chosen as the most deserving candidate.
“UC has a great business school, one of the best campuses according to popular rankings, well developed business leadership programs, and ample scholarships. It offers excellent placements & an enriching co-op programme,” Anurag said of Cincinnati.
Anurag has also been admitted to the highly selective Kolodzik Business Scholar’s programme at the university, enabling him to have a customized academic programme with opportunities to work with prestigious global brands like Proctor & Gamble
