6, June: V.Dinesh Kumar Naidu (Kammapalle- Pileru, Chittor district) got 4th rank in All India level Indian Engineering Services Exam-2008.

Indian Engineering Services are the Technical Services that meet the technical managemerial functions of the Indian Government. A combined competitive examination is conducted by the UPSC; for recruitment to the Indian Engineering Services (IES).

Challapalli Fort - History of Yarlagadda Zamindars

Challapalli is a village in Krishna district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is located in Challapalli mandal of Machilipatnam revenue division. The Rajah of Challapalli, Srimanthu Raja Yaralagadda Ankineedu Prasad Bahadur Garu built this Palace in the early 18th centaury.
