Heritage Foods approves share issue

Hyderabad, Feb 8: The board of directors of Heritage Foods has approved the issue and allotment of eight lakh warrants to Mr Nara Lokesh, son of Mr N. Chandrababu Naidu, former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, at Rs 315 a warrant. The board also approved issue and allotment of 10 lakh shares to Kotak India Focus Fund of Kotak Mahindra (UK) Ltd at Rs 350 a share, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Challapalli Fort - History of Yarlagadda Zamindars

Challapalli is a village in Krishna district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is located in Challapalli mandal of Machilipatnam revenue division. The Rajah of Challapalli, Srimanthu Raja Yaralagadda Ankineedu Prasad Bahadur Garu built this Palace in the early 18th centaury.
