She is one of the 7 Miss Teen India worldwide contestants out of 39 total contestants between Miss/Teen/Mrs Worldwide pageants. The pageants represent different countries of Indian diaspora such as USA, Canada, Australia, South Africa, UAE, Oman, Fiji, Mauritius, Malaysia, India, Singapore, Hungary, Guyana, Germany, Suriname, Kenya, Guadeloupe, Costa Rica, Ireland and Nepal. The competition was over 5 days starting from the contestants arriving in Mumbai, India on September 2, 2019 and going through rigorous practices, contestant bonding, for first 3 days followed by an evening gown competition and talent competition on September 5, 2019. Puvvada Ajay appointed Transport Minister of Telangana State

Khammam MLA Puvvada Ajay Kumar appointed as the Transport Minister of the Telangana State. After swearing in ceremony, Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao allotted the department to the new Ministers. Ajay was allotted the Transport portfolio by the Chief Minister. Khammam MLA Puvvada Ajay is the first-time Minister. He was elected as an MLA first time in 2014 on the Congress ticket. After that he quit the party and had jointed TRS the same year. He was elected for the second time as an MLA in the 2018 Assembly election from Khammam.

Vaiko Set To Return To Parliament After 15 Years

A three-time Rajya Sabha member at the time he was with the DMK, Mr Vaiko was elected twice from Sivakasi. His last tenure was from 1999 to 2004. Jyothi Surekha wins two bronze medal at World Archery Championships

Vijayawada-based archer Jyothi Surekha Vennam made India proud, winning two bronze medals at the ongoing World Archery Championships in the Netherlands on Saturday. "I am very happy to share it with you all that V Jyothi Surekha, Arjuna Awardee from Vijayawada has won two bronze medals at the 50th World Championships being held at the Netherlands from June 10 to 16," Vennam's father Surendra said in a communication to the press. Vennam won the bronze in the individual compound and compound women's categories. She beat Yesim Bostan of turkey in the 145-145 shoot off by shooting 10-9 in individual compound women's category. "Jyothi Surekha Vennam upset world number two Yesim Bostan in a one-arrow shoot-off to win bronze at WAC 2019. Jyothi scored a 10 over Yesim's 9," World Archery said in a tweet. In compound women's team event, Vennam along with Muskan Kirar and Raj Kaur beat Turkey to 229-226.

Abhijay Kodali is among 8 co-champions of US National Spelling Bee

Can you spell history? The 92nd Scripps National Spelling Bee had an epic ending with eight co-champions. The spelling bee was stopped after it went 20 rounds, which included a run of 47 correct words to end the competition. The decision was made after round 17, when it was decided that while there were plenty of words left in the dictionary, there were only enough challenging words for three final rounds. The eight co-champions are: Abhijay Kodali , Rishik Gandhasri, Erin Howard, Saketh Sundar, Shruthika Padhy, Sohum Sukhatankar, Christopher Serrao and Rohan Raja.
