Ashok Kondabolu: Rap Artist, Dancer, Content Creater; USA

Ashok Kondabolu , also known by his stage name Dapwell , is an American rapper and dancer from Queens, New York. A graduate of Stuyvesant High School in New York City, Kondabolu is best known for being a member of and hype man for the New York-based rap group Das Racist . Kondabolu has also announced that he will eventually release his own solo material. He is the younger brother of comedian Hari Kondabolu, with whom he conducts the monthly "Untitled Kondabolu Brothers Project" as well as the "Untitled Kondabolu Brothers Podcast" every two weeks. Rolling Stone India described Ashok as "New York’s stock Joe Gould-like character injected with the creative adrenaline of gonzo journalist Hunter S Thompson and the uncouth coarseness of writer Charles Bukowski." With the break up of Das Racist in December 2012, Kondabolu stated that he would be focusing his attention on two television shows and his radio show Chillin' Island

Nuthakki Ramaseshaiah, Ex.MP and former Health Minister Orissa State

Nutakki Ramaseshaiah B.A., B.L.  (29 September 1897 – 1 June 1969) was an Indian lawyer, politician and Member of Parliament. He was born to Shri Nutakki Uddande Ramaiah at Chiluvuru, Guntur district on 29 September 1897. He was educated at Presidency College and Madras Law College, Madras. He married Shrimati N. Punnamma on 14 May 1924. They had 2 sons and 2 daughters. He has practiced Law in Vijayawada for some time. He has worked as assistant Diwan and later as Diwan in Jaipur Samsthanam. He is closely associated with Velagapudi Ramakrishna. He was elected as President, Taluka Board, Bezwada, 1929-30 He was elected to 1st Lok Sabha from Parvathipuram (Lok Sabha constituency) in 1952 as an Independent candidate. He was elected to the Jaipur Assembly constituency in Orissa as a member of Swatantra Party. He had held a position of Minister of Health in Government of Orissa. He has contested to the 3rd Lok Sabha from Nowrangapur constituency in 1962 and lost.

Aravind Eye Care to set up hospital in Nigeria

From an 11-bed hospital in Madurai started by Dr Govindappa Venkataswamy (better known as ‘Dr V’), the late founder-Chairman of Aravind Eye Hospital, the eye-care institution is now setting up its first overseas venture, in Nigeria.  In partnership with Nigeria’s Chanrai Group, the hospital is expected to be the largest eye-care facility in Africa, said S. Aravind, Director (Projects) with Aravind Eye Care System.  Scheduled to go operational in 2015, the hospital expects to do about 10,000 surgeries annually. NEW DELHI: S enior  Microsoft  executive Satya Nadella would replace  Steve Ballmer  as Microsoft CEO, two media reports said today, citing sources familiar with the processes of selecting the new leader at the Redmond-based company. Satya Nadella was born in 1967 in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India to Kamma parents B. N. Yugandhar (Father) and Prabavati Nadella (Mother). His father B. N. Preeti Kakani named Intel Finalists

Preeti Kakani senior at Jericho High School, is one of the 40 students from across the United States that were named finalists in the Intel Science Talent Search. Kakani’s project is entitled Differential Gene Expression Prior to Eye Opening in Mouse Superior Colliculus,  Kakani along with the other 39 finalists, will convene in Washington, D.C. from March 6-12 to compete for $630,000 provided by the Intel Foundation, including a grand prize of $100,000 that will be awarded to the first-place winner.

J P Chalasani to join as group CEO of Punj Lloyd

Chalsani is expected to join the Delhi-based company by the end of this month The former chief executive officer of  Reliance Power , Jayaram Prasad Chalsani , is all set to take over as the group chief executive officer of Punj Lloyd. Chalsani is expected to join the Delhi-based company by the end of this month, and would be re-locating to Gurgaon. Chalsani, who quit Reliance Power in September 2013, will also be a director on the board of infrastructure company Punj Lloyd. He was not available for comments. The engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) major, is also present in the infrastructure development space, albeit in a small way.
