Sreya Vemuri , 17, of Carmel, investigated an aspect of quantum mechanics for her Intel Science Talent Search physics project. In this field, a Hamiltonian is defined as an operator that describes the totality of all of the energy within a system. Sreya investigated the effect of time on quantum systems in which parity (P), representing the algebraic sign of a system, and time (T), are each symmetric. Unlike previous research that assumed a time-independent (i.e., static) Hamiltonian, Sreya manipulated the energy and properties of a PT-symmetric system as time passed and observed how the symmetry of the Hamiltonian was affected. This enabled her to outline several conditions that would impact its function. Her findings on the quantum mechanics of open systems may inform laser and optic development as well as quantum computing. Sri Ramineni Kaushalendra Rao was born on 1910 in Bilaspur. Their family migrated from Vuyyuru, Krishna Distrrict, A.P. He had started Practice in Nagpur High Court in 1935 and appointed as Advocate General in 1946 . He was appointed as High Court Judge in 1949 , at the very young age of 39 years. He was the First Kamma High Court Judge. Justice R. Kaushalendra Rao was also served as the Member first finance commision after India got Independence. Kaushalendra Rao Law College - Bilaspur named after him to  honour  Late. Kaushalendra Rao who was an Ex Judge High court of Nagpur.

Jahnavi Muppaneni of The Woodlands was named Miss Teen Texas International 2014 at the Texas International Pageant, held March 16, at the Granville Arts Center in Dallas. Muppaneni is a senior at The Woodlands College Park High School. She competed against other teens from across the state in interview, fitness wear, evening gown and fun fashion competitions. CANBRIDGE, MA– President Obama has named 106 researchers, including six of Indian origin, as recipients of the Presidential Early Career Awards for Scientists and Engineers, the highest US government honour for young independent researchers. The winners will receive their awards at a Washington, DC ceremony this spring. Among recipients is Kiran Musunuru , an Assistant Professor of Stem Cell and Regenerative Biology at Harvard University. Bharti Airtel has appointed Raghunath Mandava as Chief Operating Officer of the African business, besides making other top level changes for its Africa operations to enable faster decision making as well as speed to market, the Company also unveiled a new cluster based organization design. Mandava, who is currently Director - Customer Experience, India & South Asia, will relocate to Nairobi to take over as Chief Operating Officer, Airtel Africa, and will be fully responsible for the commercial operations.
